I worked closely with a small business owner to develop a custom brand identity for their paddleboard adventure tour, translating their personal vision into a distinctive and memorable logo. The challenge was to create a design that embraced both island culture and pirate lore, striking the perfect balance between adventure and approachability.
Using Adobe Illustrator, I designed a stylized skull and crossbones logo, replacing the traditional crossed bones with kayak paddles, tying the visual identity directly to the brand’s core experience. The final design successfully captured the spirit of exploration, local culture, and high-seas adventure, creating an instantly recognizable mark for the business.
